Returns Policy
At Rugara, we offer a 30-day home trial on all rugs, except for customized rugs, opened rug pads, and clearance items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it easily—no questions asked.
- Processing and handling fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once you request a return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is required to send the rug back to our warehouse using your preferred courier.
Return Terms & Conditions
- Do not fold, tape, or staple the rug when returning it
- The rug must be in new condition, with no dirt, stains, or damage
- Rugs with any marks or damage will not be accepted
- A Return Authorization Number is mandatory before sending the rug
- Returns sent without a RAN or to the wrong address may incur additional shipping charges and a 20% service fee
- Returns are only accepted within the 30-day trial period
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Customized rugs
- Sample items
- Opened rug pads
If any of these items are received damaged or defective, we will:
- Replace the item (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund
