Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Rugara ships worldwide. We deliver to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, and many countries across Southeast Asia.


What Are Your Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping on all rugs. As we manufacture our own products and operate at high volume, we are able to keep both our prices and shipping costs low.


How Can I Track My Order?

Most orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–4 days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.


How Will I Receive a Large Rug?

For oversized rugs, the delivery company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Delivery is made to the curbside (outside your home). If you require assistance bringing the rug inside, please make arrangements in advance.


Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your rug carefully upon arrival for any signs of damage.


If There Is Visible Damage

  • Inspect the package in the presence of the delivery driver
  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt (both copies)
  • If the rug is severely damaged, you may refuse delivery

If There Is Hidden Damage or Missing Items

  • Inform the delivery company immediately
  • Request an inspection within 3 days of delivery
  • Keep all packaging materials intact
  • We will arrange an inspection within 3 days after you notify us
